T-Wave Corp: New York Corporation organized to engage in the speculative trading of futures contracts, options on futures contracts, and other commodity related contracts traded on domestic markets.

Todd Yamamoto - Chairman

He is in charge of all trading, including strategic trading decisions and research.  He has over ten years trading experience in the futures markets. He continually tests many of his system trading models by real time and with real money.  He is registered as Vice Principal of T-Wave Corp. on October , 2004. On February 2005, He was granted registration as an Associated Person T-Wave Corp. and was admitted as an NFA Associate Member.

Tetsuya Hamasaki - President

He is in charge of T-Wave Corp as a CTA and CPO; He is also involved in all trading, including strategic trading decisions and research.  He has a solid background in the futures trading field. He began his career in the futures business at futures brokerage firm in New York, where he worked with Globalprice Inc as a Sales Associate specializing in commodities from August 2000 through February 2002. He was a Sales Manager with the Impact Fund Managers Inc. from February, 2002 to November, 2003.  He has been senior vice president of APPL International from November 2003 to present; He is registered as Principal of T-Wave Corp. on October , 2004

Yoshikazu Sakai - Senior Director
He is in charge of all technical related things – site management, updating T Wave system, and server maintenance.
